Return & Refund policy

Our customers are at the heart of our business and we strive to deliver you an excellent customer experience and the perfect outfit for your occasion. Our support teams are available via email at fuzerentals@gmail.com or via the phone should you need any support. We recognize that sometimes the dress may not fit as expected. In such case, please refer our hassle-free refund policy for any items that require return or exchange.

  • Customers should promptly inform us if any rented dresses are found to be faulty. Reach out via phone or email, along with a picture if necessary.
  • In case of lacking from our side, we offer an alternative piece for rent at no additional cost or provide a refund.
  • Altering the length of the dress cannot be cut under any circumstances. In case of damage, your security deposit is non-refundable.
  • Choosen Dresses are  altered specifically to fit the selected size. If a customer selects the wrong size, Fuze Rentals is not responsible.
  • Refunds are not applicable to made-to-order dresses.
  • A slight variation in the Product is to be expected from the Photographed images. Orders can't be refunded based on that.
  • Customers are responsible for the full price of the product in case of any damage caused by them.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in any circumstances.
  • Any request for return / exchange must be informed by You within 24 hours of delivery by Us . No requests placed beyond this period would be entertained.
IN CASE OF DISCOUNT :
